I used the 2-to-4 as an enable decoder for all the other decoders.
Note that this lab assignment is individual assignment, which means each student needs. I used 1 2-to-4 decoder and 4 4-to-16 decoders. of this lab is to let you get familiar with the LogicWorks software.
